Project Manager

In this versatile role, you’ll be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. Together with a close-knit and supportive team, you’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment — including Friday drinks to wrap up the week.

You’ll work closely with both internal departments and clients, collaborating from the initial design phase through to final delivery. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners is an essential part of your role, alongside leading your team toward the best possible project results.

As a Project Manager, you’ll manage and guide projects from the concept stage to delivery. Together with the contract manager and project engineer, you’ll be closely involved in the ensuring each project is tailored to client needs. You’ll coordinate the operational and technical aspects, keeping projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

You’ll work closely with internal departments like engineering, work preparation, and logistics to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction. The international scope and complexity of our projects make this a great opportunity for a driven professional ready for their next step.

• Bachelor degree in Technical Business Administration, (Mechanical) Construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Over 5 years of work experience in a comparable project management role.

• Project design together with contract manager and project engineer.
• Keeping a sharp eye on client satisfaction throughout every phase of the project.
• Managing international project logistics and on-site execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating closely with the engineering and work preparation teams.
• Leading project meetings and ensuring alignment between departments.
• Overseeing project documentation and reporting.
• Managing risk, anticipating potential issues, and providing proactive solutions.
• Creating and monitoring project planning, budgets, and progress reports.
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and project partners.
• Coordinating turn-key projects from design to final delivery.
