As a Construction Planner, you won’t just follow instructions — you’ll take the lead in managing projects, working closely with your own team and clients.

What you'll do

At STM Group, we design, supply and build turnkey projects for a variety of industries worldwide. Thanks to our innovative approach, we continue to grow and excel in making life easier for our clients. As a Construction Planner you will coordinate the entire execution of the project. This includes maintaining contact with the client, ordering materials, coordinating with project partners and the STM team. The goal is to complete the project on time, according to agreement, cost-effectively and with a satisfied customer. Of course, you don't do this alone. For example, you work intensively with engineers en projectleader.

Because of the versatility of the international (construction) projects within STM Group, this is an ideal job for further professional and personal development.

What we’re looking for
  • A degree in construction or related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or preparation.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, English and/or German.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to take responsibility.
What to expect in this role
  • Take ownership of projects from kick-off to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage materials and monitor project progress.
  • Solve challenges on the fly and make the project your own.
  • Draw, calculate and prepare detailed plans.
  • Join construction meetings, sometimes lead them.
  • Celebrate milestones with Friday drinks and team events.
