Despite limited time and challenges, the project was executed with a turn-key approach, leveraging advanced 3D modeling to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and overall quality.

From initial concept to final execution, STM Design & Build took complete responsibility for the project. The architectural and structural designs were developed in-house with iDB. The steel construction was produced at STAWI, while STM handled the foundation, structure, wall and roof cladding, as well as aluminium doors and windows.
